Classic Meatloaf: Easy Dinner

Meatloaf is a classic American dinner. It’s easy and tastes great. A good meatloaf is moist and flavorful with a sweet glaze.

Keep It Moist:

Use breadcrumbs soaked in milk. It adds moisture and holds the meat together.

Cook finely diced onion, garlic, carrot, and celery (mirepoix) for extra flavor.

Add More Flavor:

Add Worcestershire sauce to make it taste even better.

Glaze It Right:

Ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar are perfect for the glaze. The sugar makes it sweet, and the vinegar adds a little tang.

Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes after baking. This helps it stay moist.
